I stopped by while traveling, and it has a relaxed atmosphere. There is a calm counter and tatami seating, and it is neat and clean. There is a wide variety of classic snacks, and I enjoyed the fried white shrimp and gyorokke. The keichan grilled chicken and leaf-wrapped grilled dishes are fragrant, and the smell of miso makes you want to eat more. Depending on the season, there may be no fugu, but I heard that you can enjoy sashimi, fried dishes, and egg rolls with filling at times. It pairs well with beer and sake, and I was able to leisurely enjoy a night that felt characteristic of Hida.
