When I visited for lunch, the first thing that arrived was a small bowl and cold soba noodles, which instantly lifted my spirits. The thick pork sauté was a generous size, and even the side dishes were packed with flavor. The omelet had a subtle sweetness that made me smile, even though I usually prefer salty flavors. The miso soup had a deep broth, and the chopped tofu and tororo kelp provided a comforting touch. For dinner, the skewered fried foods featured shrimp and scallops that were wonderfully chewy, and when I added a little salt, the sweetness of the ingredients really stood out. I enjoyed the fluffy lotus root and onions, as well as the fragrant shishito peppers, and I was completely satisfied until the very end.
