This is a traditional soba restaurant quietly standing in a residential area. As you pass through the noren (curtain), you find a small interior with tables and raised seating, where a calm atmosphere flows. The owner warmly welcomes you, making it easy to relax even for first-time visitors. The cold tanuki soba, topped with colorful kani-kama (imitation crab) and pickled ginger, paired well with the flavorful broth and soft noodles. The tempura rice bowl with two shrimp was fragrant, and the crispy texture was delightful. It's also a nice touch to enjoy complimentary iced coffee while reading a book during the wait.
