An exquisite assortment of prosciutto, expertly sliced to a delicate thickness using a professional slicer made in Italy, which enhances the umami flavor. This luxurious dish allows you to compare the 'aroma, saltiness, and aftertaste' that vary by aging and region, featuring Jamón Serrano, Jamón de Trevelez, and Jambon France among others. Enjoy the delicate flavor that melts in your mouth the moment you take a bite, paired with wine.
A satisfying platter featuring two types of prosciutto sliced ultra-thin with an Italian slicer, aromatic salami, and creamy mortadella. It is prepared to enhance the thinness, melt-in-your-mouth texture, and aroma, making it an excellent pairing with wine. Recommended as the 'first dish' when in doubt, it is also a popular menu item that is easy to share.
Nocca Fritta is a fried bread from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, characterized by a crispy exterior and a light, fluffy interior. The freshly fried aroma and subtle sweetness pair perfectly with the saltiness of prosciutto. The best way to enjoy it is to wrap it around prosciutto and take a big bite, making it an excellent pairing with wine.
