, , , , ⭐️⭐️⭐️ , , , and Soba noodles The soba noodles are fine and thin, with just the right length. The soba noodles are served slightly cold and are well drained. The corners are rounded, and the flavor is slightly sweet and slightly chewy. The texture is a little chewy, but it is easy to slurp. The broth is a little dry, but mild and thick. The aroma of the knots is also strong. The aroma of the joints is strong, and there is a little sweetness, but it is not cloying. Soba water is a smooth kama-yu (hot water from the pot). It is served with soba first, so it is lukewarm. Personally, I like it hot. When I ordered hot soba noodles, I asked for it to be hard. It was just right. The rice part of the Tekkamaki was made of buckwheat noodles, which was interesting! It might be good to eat the combination of Tekkamaki and Kashiwa-zuki without Kashiwa I think it might be good to eat it with no kashiwa... The restaurant has a nice view of the Japanese garden. I think there were many elderly customers due to the location of the restaurant. If you have time to spare I would like to try the freshly made Soba noodles when I have more time. I would like to try the freshly made Soba noodles.
