As soon as you enter, water is served, and you can feel the attentiveness. The cozy interior is new and clean, making it comfortable. It's also fun to see the soba being made, which adds to the excitement. The cold soba has a smooth texture, and the duck dipping sauce, combined with white leeks, is aromatic. The tempura has a light crunch, and the frying was just right. Adding thin leeks to the thick soba broth gives it a nice texture, allowing for satisfaction until the very end.
