The soy sauce ramen features medium-thick noodles that have a good bite, and the light broth is enhanced by the flavors of pork back bones, vegetables, and seafood. The gyoza is flavorful with garlic, and the fried rice has a nostalgic taste. The stir-fried eggs with wood ear mushrooms are plentiful and tender, and the kalbitang is also very enjoyable. The glasses are well-chilled, reflecting thoughtful attention to detail.
