When I arrived at the dining place nestled in the mountains surrounded by greenery, I was relieved to find a spacious parking area. Inside the restaurant, there are counters and tatami seating, and a relaxed atmosphere flows throughout. The handmade udon noodles are glossy and have a strong chewiness, with the aroma of wheat spreading as you chew, making it the best. The warm broth is free of any off-flavors, and its rich umami clings perfectly to the noodles, warming my body. As I break apart the freshly fried vegetable tempura while eating, the savory flavor melds in, adding depth to the taste. The dipping sauce with plenty of meat and ingredients is also exquisite, and before I knew it, both my stomach and heart were satisfied.
