It's a cozy little shop with only a counter, and the atmosphere of grilling right in front of you is enjoyable. The thick-cut lamb is very tender, and there is hardly any gamey taste. When enjoyed rare, the flavor of the meat comes through strongly, making it hard to stop eating. The unique sauce pairs well, and I believe it would be absolutely delicious even with just salt. There are plenty of vegetables, and when grilled together with the fat that comes out, it becomes fragrant and is the best. The focus is on the jingisukan, and the people around were pleasant, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
