There is a space to eat inside, and it's nice to be able to casually sit down and enjoy the sushi. The ordering style, where you write on paper, was straightforward, and the process until receiving the food was smooth. The signature tuna, which is marinated, has just the right amount of flavor that enhances its umami while leaving a pleasant aroma. It pairs perfectly with the slightly sweet and fluffy rice, creating a delightful melting sensation in the mouth. The miso soup with sweet shrimp heads has a rich aroma, allowing you to savor the shrimp broth until the last sip. Even in the bustling interior, which is lively with takeout customers coming and going, the counter was a calm place where I could relax and focus on enjoying the sushi.
