I made a reservation for the opening time at 11 o'clock, but there were already many customers! I ordered the main dishes, which were tomato chicken fresh pasta and mushroom dry pasta, along with a buffet-style appetizer and drinks, and they were wonderful. The appetizer buffet had a variety of options, and the chicken breast was particularly tender and delicious, making me think it could be a main dish on its own. Unfortunately, I got too full, so I had to save the dessert cake for next time, but it seemed they were collaborating with other pastry chefs, as the sweets in the display case were also very impressive. The staff were efficient and friendly, and I had a lovely lunch. Thank you! ♪

The salad bar, dishes, and cakes were very delicious. All the cakes looked so good that I had a hard time choosing. The service was as mentioned in the reviews, poor. Upon entering, I was not greeted with a smile and was shown to my seat. The staff were unfriendly throughout, which was very disappointing. The food was very tasty, but with bad service, I did not feel like I wanted to go back!

The food is delicious and the lunch cake set for 1500 yen is a great deal. The cakes are Louisiana Mama's cakes and very tasty. However, the employee service is really terrible. They don't come to take your order, only your empty plate, and when you wait at the cash register, no one who is supposed to be in sight comes and calls others. No "Irasshai-mase" or "Arigatoo-samae" (Thank you very much). If you are okay with just the cosiness of the food, I might recommend this restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is okay with just the cost of the food.

The food was generally good, but what I was concerned about was the sanitation in the restaurant. The buttons on the drink bar vendors, the coffee machine, etc., didn't seem to be cleaned very well. I was a little uncomfortable touching them. The hand soap containers in the restrooms were also very dirty. Not washed at all during the refilling process? The window frame next to the table, the wall, the curtains, none of the familiar items were clean. In other words, did they wash the dishes, etc. properly? This is an unnecessary association. For a store that handles food, I personally cannot tolerate it unless this area is improved at the very least.

We are clearly understaffed. The kids in the hall were working very hard .... I felt sorry for them. Salad bar half empty and no one to serve it. Pizza kitchen and hall staff on a Saturday night. The menu is the same as before and I left with a very disappointed feeling.

Very poor customer service. I invited my significant other and I feel terrible. We made a reservation for 1pm, but there was no salad bar and no cups. The cups we asked for were dirty. There were many small flies flying around. I have never been to a restaurant like this. I will never go back.
