This is a cozy counter-centered shop where you can easily drop by. You can also eat in the shared space, making it very convenient. The pork is grilled to a fragrant finish, and despite its thickness, it is very tender. The sauce clings well and has a rich flavor, while the refreshing spiciness of the wasabi adds a nice accent. When combined with garlic, shichimi, and the separately served pickled ginger, you can enjoy a variety of flavors. The miso soup with seaweed also has a pleasant aroma, and I was satisfied as I continued to eat.
