The jumbo fried shrimp on the sign came out with a bang, and it was packed tightly, which was satisfying. The outside was crispy, the inside was chewy, and adding a little tartar sauce made it even more delicious. The sashimi was a platter of tuna, sea bream, and yellowtail, all of which were juicy and fragrant. There were also salads, grated daikon with small fish, and pickles, making it easy to keep eating. The chawanmushi with ingredients had a gentle flavor, and the textures of the ginkgo nuts and shiitake mushrooms were enjoyable. The rich red miso soup and white rice were also delicious, allowing me to enjoy my meal comfortably.
