The pork for samgyeopsal has no unpleasant odor, and the sweetness of the fat is distinctly felt, making it the best. The home-grown sangchu (lettuce) is crispy, and wrapping it makes it even more delicious. The seafood pancake has a fragrant surface and a chewy interior, providing a fun texture. The sundubu (soft tofu stew) has a depth of flavor with umami from the broth behind the spiciness, making it deliciously addictive. The stone pot bibimbap has a nice crispy layer, and the more you mix it, the more the flavors come together. The kimchi and namul (seasoned vegetables) are also highly satisfying, and overall, I feel that the quality of the dishes is very high.
