Here you can enjoy soba slowly. The soba has a wonderful aroma and a firm texture, and the dipping sauce flavored with bonito is just right, not too strong. It's also fun and delicious to eat it with walnut paste from the walnut soba. The freshly fried tempura is crispy and pairs very well with the soba. The kamameshi is exceptionally delicious and satisfying. I also liked the katsudon with a slightly sweet sauce and the gentle-tasting kaki-tama udon.
