You can see the cooking process from the counter, and the artisan's careful craftsmanship is conveyed. The dishes are faithful to the basics, and each one is made properly, allowing you to enjoy them with peace of mind. The five-vegetable stir-fried noodles have a fragrant thin noodle, and the combination of shrimp, Chinese cabbage, green onions, shimeji mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms makes it very delicious. The sweet and sour stir-fried chicken and vegetables also have a good balance of flavors, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. You can thoroughly enjoy salads, soups, pickled mustard greens, almond tofu, and Chinese tea without any oversight.
