The shop located at the end of a residential area has a warm atmosphere that immediately envelops you as you pass through the noren (fabric curtain). The handmade udon noodles are slightly colored, with a smooth texture and a chewy bite that leaves a strong impression. The piping hot meat broth is rich with pork belly and a sweet-savory dashi, and when you dip the noodles in it, the flavor is comforting. Fragrant handmade soba is also available, and it's a pleasant surprise to find such a high level of soba in an udon-centric region. The menu is extensive, making it hard to decide what to order, but everything has a homey feel and provides satisfaction. The spacious parking lot, with families arriving one after another, clearly shows that this place is beloved by the locals.
