CoquiThau

CoquiThau is a working oyster farm and relaxed restaurant on the edge of the Thau lagoon, serving very fresh oysters and mussels, raw or cooked, including brasucade prepared over a wood fire. The setting is rustic and unadorned, with a terrace by the water and views of the oyster beds. Staff come directly from the production side, providing straightforward service focused on showcasing their own shellfish.
