The sound of the tongue sizzling on the grill had a wonderful aroma. When I took a bite, the juices spread, and I was impressed by the balance of elasticity and flavor. The loin and short ribs also had beautiful red meat, and when dipped in the special sauce, their deliciousness was further enhanced. The offal had no unpleasant smell and had a bouncy texture that made it hard to stop eating. The piping hot oxtail soup had a perfect saltiness that warmed my body gently. The crispy rice at the bottom of the stone-cooked bibimbap was fragrant, and it turned into a satisfying and happy meal until the very end.
