The moment I entered the restaurant, the rich aroma of spices wafted through the air, instantly lifting my spirits. The beef and ghee rice combined the creaminess of ghee with the richness of the meat, creating a deep flavor reminiscent of authentic cuisine. The mutton biryani had the aroma infused into every grain of rice, and the gradually spreading umami made it impossible to stop eating. When I ordered the chewy idli and the light and fluffy puri, the different textures added to the fun, making the table lively. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles, and their attentive support in Japanese made it easy to place my order with confidence. There were many customers from South India around, creating a vibrant atmosphere that made me feel as if I were in a local eatery, which was exciting.
