An exquisite gyutan experience in Sendai

Gyutan Ryori Kaku Brandome Honten is a renowned establishment for gyutan (beef tongue) in Sendai. The tender gyutan is perfectly marbled with just the right amount of fat, and the aroma of charcoal grilling whets the appetite, making it an unforgettable taste once you visit. Additionally, the carefully seasoned tail soup and the pickled napa cabbage side dish enhance the umami of the gyutan even further. With warm-hearted service, you can enjoy a truly satisfying meal.

✏️Beef tongue cuisine〗〖Aoba-ku〗Sendai-shi〗. ------------------------ Sendai is famous for its beef tongue. ‼️ So, I went to a bar the day before, but they sold out of only beef tongue at 19:00. So I asked my friends to go with me and we went here. Speaking of beef tongue, I used to eat only grilled beef tongue. But for the first time, this place added "Tataki" and "Sashimi" to the menu. Even when grilled, the beef tongue is cut in a unique way so that the muscles do not harden. Moreover, they say beef tongue is good for beauty and health. ‼️ I eat it every day if I lived in Sendai (lol). If I lived in Sendai, I would eat it every day (lol). :) : :. 🍀Beef tongue stewed in cubes (💴550) It was served as an appetizer. The beef tongue that has been slowly stewed for a long time is very tender. The beef tongue is very tender and its light flavor spreads with the soup stock. The beef tongue is cooked for a long time, and the flavor is very tender. 🍀Beef tongue yaki (💴1300) 5 pieces. Thickly cut and grilled over charcoal, finished with a sprinkling of natural salt. Excellent crunchy and savory, thick and hearty 💯. You can eat as many pieces as you want with sake or rice ✨ : :. 🍀Beef tongue tataki (💴2500) The surface is grilled to perfection and then tossed in a sweet and sour sauce 💯. It's so juicy! I've never had beef tongue tataki before. I could chew it for a long time. I was so happy! I was so happy! As a snack with lemon sour We drank a lot, ate a lot, and were very satisfied🌸. Thank you for the food. This year I traveled alone to Sendai and ate beef tongue tataki for the first time! I was there for the beef tongue 😋. I went there for the beef tongue, but when I saw the menu, I ordered this one first! I was calling out how delicious it was, all by myself (lol)! It's not often you see such a rare dish, but when I go to Sendai again, I'm going to try this one. Oh, and I also enjoyed the beef tongue afterwards! I'll never forget it 😋. By the way, according to Sendai locals, it is a good person who chooses Kaku on his first visit to the city (lol). Well, anyway, I was satisfied 😆.

Sendai's famous beef tongue, I have to eat it!　@Hirose-dori, Sendai City | Happy to eat delicious food! Beef tongue" is one of the most popular food in Sendai. But recently, there are more and more beef tongue restaurants in Kansai, so there are more and more opportunities to eat it casually! So, let's eat beef tongue at a restaurant that does not exist in Kansai! The day before, I looked at various websites and decided to go there. Beef tongue restaurant "Kaku"! There are two stores, the main store in Brandome and the store in Denryoku Building! Please note that only the main restaurant serves lunch! The location is in the Suzuki Building in the shopping arcade. Go down the stairs to the basement, and you will find the restaurant at the far end. It is dimly lit, so you may feel a little uneasy. But, please go in with a lot of energy! It was just before 12:00 p.m. when we arrived. The restaurant is already 90% full. Counter seats on the left, small tatami room on the right! During lunch time, there are tan-yaki, tan stew, and tan curry set menus available. I'm interested in the tan stew and tan curry, but I'd have to go with the tan-yaki! Tan-yaki set meal (5 pieces) 1,700 yen The beef tongue set meal must be served with barley rice and tail soup! The amount of rice is a little too much, and I regret that I should have reduced it! But hey, barley is good for you! The tail soup is also moderately salty, gentle, and light! The tail is also small, but it is easy to eat as it comes right off the bone! The beef tongue is thick! The crispy texture is pleasant, juicy, and delicious! The beef tongue is carefully grilled over charcoal, so you can smell the aroma of the charcoal. So it may take a little time to be served. Of course! Even here! I'll have on-the-rice, lol! Rice for meat! Naturally, a ritual that must be done. I left a little bit of rice while clipping the asazuke pickles... but it was delicious! I think tongue must be thick! You can't taste that texture! I heard that this restaurant serves Tongue Tataki at night! I heard it is very tasty! Next time at night? They have a counter, so maybe I'll come here alone. I'd like to try it someday when I come to Sendai! Thank you for the food! The menu was all very delicious, and the service was smooth both in serving and clearing the plates! I was wondering if there were any children's dishes, but they provided a children's chair at the tatami seating and prepared children's dishes without me having to ask. There was also a space to place a stroller near the waiting line outside, which was helpful. It was a restaurant that became a very good memory of the trip with delicious food.

The food is undoubtedly very delicious; although the waiter could only communicate in Japanese, the service was attentive and thoughtful. Unfortunately, the selection of sake in the restaurant is somewhat limited, which is a bit of a drawback. However, the overall dining experience was excellent, truly deserving of its reputation as a famous restaurant in Sendai! I will definitely visit again if I have the chance!

✏️Beef tongue cuisine〗〖Aoba-ku〗Sendai-shi〗. ------------------------ The other day, we had dinner here with everyone from Tohoku University♪ Last time we went to the main restaurant here, but this time it's at the Electric Power Building 😊. I enjoyed chatting with the professors and students, I was certified as an eccentric, which is rare in this industry (lol) I'm sure many mathematicians are even weirder than that. ⁉️ But I can't keep up with the hard math stuff, so it's a relief to have an everyday conversation 😛 lol!!! : : : : 🍀Beef tongue grilled set meal (💴1800) I had promised to have dinner with friends after this, so... I went with a modest 5 pieces (*´-`) The beef tongue was grilled over charcoal with natural salt sprinkled on it. The beef tongue grilled over charcoal with natural salt was well done, but I think the way it was cut and prepared brought out more flavor than at the main restaurant 🤔. Other, The beef tongue stew was light and locked in flavor, just like the main restaurant, and the beef tongue stew mixed with soup stock. Tail soup, a perfect palate freshener, barley rice cooked in a fluffy broth. is served with The group behind us was a bit noisy It was a little hard to hear our voices but everyone around us seemed to be having a good time. Thank you for the food. *❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈⁎❈*❈⁎❈⁎❈ 🐮 Beef tongue cuisine - Kaku Denryoku Bldg. 3-7-1 Ichibancho, Aoba-ku, Sendai, Miyagi 🏠 B1F, Denryoku Biru Honkan 15 minutes from Sendai Station, 1 minute from Hirose-dori Station 🕔 17:00-22:30 (L.O.21:30) 💤 Closed on Sundays 💺 53 seats (including 7 seats at the counter) 🚬 🅿️ 🈚️ *❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❈⁎❋⁎❈⁎❋⁎❈ :: ❋⁎❈*❈⁎⁎❈⁎❈ : :

The other night for dinner, we went to Sendai's "Beef tongue cuisine, Kaku Denryoku Building Branch" 🐮🐮. I went on a trip to Sendai on Saturday and Sunday! 🚄🐮 Beef tongue on the first night ✨✨ We went to a branch of Kaku, which impressed me so much when I visited the main restaurant before! 🏃‍♀️ First half ▪️ Tan Sashimi When I visited the main store before, they were out of stock, but this time they were there! 😭😭 The texture is so glossy, pulled and jerky, just like the tongue 👅 itself! 😳😳 The sweetness is so awesome, I want to keep chewing on it! 🤤 You should definitely order this when you come here👍 ▪️ tan cubes This is an appetizer, but it's too good to be true! 💯💯. Hollow and well seasoned stew! 🥘 Isn't this the strongest appetizer ⁇🤔 ▪️ tomato salad 🥗🍅. Beautifully sliced thinly sliced tomato salad! The dressing is the perfect combination of sour and sweet! 🙆🙆 Perfect to reset your palate👌👌👌 Suddenly it's the best 💕 To be continued in the second half! (To Be Continued) # Carnivorous women
