The staff are friendly and engage in conversation, and when you express your preferences, they select the perfect cuts for you. The set that allows you to enjoy both lean meat and medium fatty tuna has the best balance of fat, and I was impressed even at home. They also offer rare cuts like cheek meat and collar, which are rich in flavor whether served as sashimi or grilled, and it's surprising. If you carefully prepare it following the included defrosting instructions, you can feel the freshness as if you were eating at the port. The tataki and prosciutto pair excellently with alcohol, making it hard to stop eating. It's a wonderful shop where you can fully enjoy seafood at home while reminiscing about the vibrancy of the fishing port.
