The meat, primarily domestic wagyu, is tender and bursts with flavor with every bite. The presentation of the harami is particularly beautiful, resembling flower petals, and the elegant fat pairs perfectly with the sweet sauce. The plump offal and refreshing senmai sashimi are also enjoyable in texture, making it hard to put down the chopsticks.
