Located on the first floor of a house at the top of a slope in a residential area, this place has a comforting atmosphere as soon as you enter. The warm sight of a pleasant couple skillfully preparing food over the iron griddle makes the waiting time enjoyable. Their signature dish, which includes mochi and squid tempura, has a fluffy texture and a strong sweetness from the cabbage. Thanks to the way it is finished without pressing down, the thin noodles remain light, allowing you to enjoy it without getting bored until the end. There are counter seats and a small raised tatami area, making it comfortable whether you sit with friends or alone at the griddle. They also have an English menu and delivery service, which is great because it allows anyone to casually enjoy Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki.
