From the reservation phone call to the guidance on the day, the staff's demeanor was very pleasant and reassuring. The interior is bright, with a counter, private rooms, and tatami seating, making it perfect for gatherings with friends. The motsunabe (beef tripe hot pot) has a spicy deliciousness, and the tender tripe combined with the rich broth is the best. Adding ramen at the end allows the flavor of the broth to soak in, bringing happiness. The sashimi, deep-fried skewers, and a la carte dishes are all delicious, allowing you to enjoy seasonal flavors. The all-you-can-drink options are also plentiful, including beer and sparkling drinks, which made me very satisfied.
