The family runs it leisurely, and the calm atmosphere is pleasant. The light soy sauce-based ramen has a clear broth that pairs well with the thin noodles, making it delicious and tempting to slurp. The fragrant char siu (braised pork) is not greasy, and the portion is substantial, providing a sense of satisfaction.
