I ordered Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, and I was surprised by the large portion as soon as I saw it. It is packed with ingredients enough to satisfy even when shared with family. It is served on a hot plate, so I was happy to enjoy it warm until the end. The texture of the cabbage was just right, and I could taste the sweetness of the ingredients even without sauce. The ability to add garlic powder and mayonnaise from the table to my liking is also a nice touch. With the bright service and attention to detail with the takeout pack, I was able to enjoy my time pleasantly even after the meal.
