Additionally, Matterello's sister restaurant, "Zouma", is a renowned pasta shop in Matsushima. Highly recommended dishes include Impasto's truffle gnocchi, lean steak, bolognese ragu, and fried octopus, all of which are highly satisfying. For brunch, Zouma's shrimp burger is recommended. With separate lunch and dinner menus, it's easy to choose no matter when you visit.
