The counter is the main focus, and there is also a tatami room in the back where you can relax. The staff is all female, and their subtle attentiveness is appreciated. The dishes are carefully prepared after you order, and the aroma of freshly made food is irresistible. The oden, with its varying cooking times for each ingredient, is particularly good, and everything, from the daikon and tomatoes to the soft-boiled eggs and mochi pouch, was infused with flavor. The sashimi, beef tataki, and grilled silver cod with saikyo miso were also beautifully presented and very delicious. You can enjoy a variety of dishes, including chawanmushi and agedashi tofu, in small portions, making it a restaurant where you can be satisfied until the very end.
