I was excited to visit for the first time and was delighted by the colorful appetizers. The crispy and fluffy fried horse mackerel and the plump fried shrimp pair perfectly with the homemade tartar sauce. The grilled sea bream is fragrant on its own, and you can enjoy a change in flavor each time you add condiments or broth. The dishes using chicken wings and red miso are carefully prepared, showcasing the rich flavors typical of the Owari region. Even the liver soup is full of umami, and I was completely satisfied with the final matcha ice cream. It's a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy Japanese cuisine in a calm atmosphere.
