When you enter the shop, you are greeted by friendly staff, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The handmade aged sausages are packed with the rich flavor of meat, and the layering of spices is remarkable. The chorizo burger, hot dog, and five-spice sausage each have their own unique character, making it enjoyable. I had the homemade craft beer, a pilsner, and its refreshing taste is immediately noticeable with just one sip. The salad has a fragrant yuzu aroma, and the herb-infused water is a thoughtful touch that makes the meal even more enjoyable. They value local ingredients, and during the season, you can also enjoy dishes like sweetfish anchovy, venison sausage, and chicken finished at low temperatures.
