The atmosphere is enjoyable for both lunch and as an izakaya, and the anticipation builds from the moment you enter. The beef tendon demi-glace rice has a fragrant sauce that whets the appetite, and the tender meat pairs well with the rice. The crispy toppings sprinkled on top add an accent, making it fun to mix while eating. There is a wide variety of sake available, allowing you to slowly savor everything from rich flavors to aged varieties. The appetizers, such as salad with prosciutto, mentaiko potato salad, and juicy fish, all pair perfectly with the drinks. Dishes like the fragrant mushrooms and cheese, fried oysters, and firefly squid marinated in soy sauce all provided a satisfying experience.
