The wooden-themed exterior creates a calming atmosphere, and the anticipation builds from the moment you enter. The seasonal pickles that I first tasted are refreshing, packed with the umami of the vegetables. The mackerel served with salt is rich in fat, and the firmness of the flesh is irresistible. The fried mejikari and chicken wings have a light batter that is crispy, and with every bite, the juices of the meat burst out. Combining the offal stew with green chili fried rice creates a punchy flavor that pairs well with alcohol. I felt very satisfied enjoying a variety of dishes and delicious sake in a restaurant filled with the scent of wood.
