This is a shop where you can casually enjoy takeout. The anago rice is warmed up after you place your order, and the outside is crispy and fragrant while the inside has a fluffy texture that is irresistible. When you drizzle a light salt-based sauce on top, it enhances the delicate flavor and aroma of the anago. The rolled sushi is also great, packed tightly with grilled anago, tamagoyaki, burdock, carrot, dried gourd, and shiitake mushroom in slightly sweet vinegared rice. The wide anago has a strong presence and a wonderful aroma, making it very satisfying. Although it looks simple, I couldn't stop using my chopsticks and finished it in no time.
