This time, since I stayed at a nearby hotel, I searched for a nice restaurant around the hotel for dinner and made a reservation at 'Shunsai Nanatsuboshi'. The interior was very clean and had a calm atmosphere. The staff were friendly, greeted us with smiles, and provided attentive service, making me feel from the start that it was a 'good restaurant'. This time, I ordered the recommended dishes including rock oyster with ponzu jelly, chicken tataki, seared tuna with ponzu, sake-steamed clams, asparagus wrapped in meat, and draft beer. What particularly impressed me was the chicken tataki. It was well-prepared, with just the right seasoning and a hint of smoky aroma, making it very delicious. The rock oysters were surprisingly large, and it was my first time having raw oysters, but they were very creamy and had no unpleasant smell, leaving me amazed at how delicious they were. The asparagus wrapped in meat was also remarkable, with the asparagus being surprisingly thick and juicy, retaining a crisp texture that was exquisite. The pairing with the meat was excellent, making it a very memorable dish. The sake-steamed clams were also large and satisfying, with a refreshing yuzu aroma that was exquisite. The broth, rich in umami, was so delicious that I wanted to drink it all the way to the last drop. Every dish was carefully prepared and truly delicious, and I naturally kept enjoying the beer. With dishes that made good use of quality ingredients and pleasant service, I had a very satisfying time. If I have the opportunity to visit Kameyama again, I would definitely want to come back to this wonderful restaurant. I can confidently recommend it not only to locals but also to those visiting Kameyama for business or travel.
