Udon noodles with meat broth @Uchitate-ie (Ikebukuro) ￥830 Uchi-tate-Ya is a restaurant in Ikebukuro where you can enjoy ultra-thick Musashino Udon noodles. The restaurant where you can eat ultra-thick Musashino udon in Ikebukuro. There aren't many places where you can eat Musashino udon. I'm glad that I can easily go in alone in a place with good accessibility. This thickness and consistency is hard to find anywhere else 😂. It's so chewy that my jaw gets tired! It's so chewy that my jaw gets tired! The aroma of wheat spreads through the air and it's delicious 🥰🥰. You may not like it, but my ideal udon is exactly like this 🥰. Koshi! Hips! Super firmness! It's soooo firm. My favorite texture. Udon noodles with gravy. It's really the best. Is there any other udon shop in Ikebukuro that is this strong? It's a little far from the station, but that's totally OK! In the winter season, I definitely recommend the nikomi udon! It comes in a hot earthenware pot. The restaurant is not so big with a counter and tables. It has a nice and lively atmosphere. It's not a stand-up restaurant, but the atmosphere is that of a stand-up restaurant. If you are looking for a halfway decent Udon noodle, this is the place to go for a really firm Udon noodle.

[Tokyo Ikebukuro] Even with the lunch hours staggered at 3 PM and 4 PM, there are long lines. As expected from a renowned restaurant, it's a popular udon shop in Ikebukuro. A la carte ◇ Large serving of meat juice udon The most popular dish in the shop! I had heard that Musashino udon is characterized by its thick noodles and chewy texture, but after taking a bite, I was truly amazed by the incredible chewiness. It's so delicious that it goes beyond just being good. Next time, I definitely want to try the simmered udon.
