The large tonkatsu is crispy, and the center is cooked just right, making it very juicy. When you squeeze a little lemon and enjoy it with a type of rock salt called namak, the sweetness of the fat stands out. It comes with tonjiru, which has small pieces of pork and is full of flavor. The shredded cabbage pairs well with the sauce and is perfect for cleansing the palate. It's also nice to be able to nibble on the pickles on the table while waiting. In addition to tonkatsu, there are large shrimp tempura and curry sauce, all of which are very exciting.
