When I ordered the lunch course, I was excited to see the colorful appetizer plate that was presented first, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship. The combination of corn pudding and peach was very refreshing, making me feel the essence of summer with every bite. The Kobe beef, grilled on an iron plate, was seasoned in a sukiyaki style, and it was surprisingly delicious, with the sweetness of the meat standing out even without any sauce. We shared the filet and sirloin, and the rare cooking level was exquisite and tender, leaving us momentarily speechless. The fish dish, finished with a crispy skin, and the seasonal vegetables were abundant, ensuring there was never a dull moment throughout the course. Even the garlic-scented rice and the thoughtfully prepared dessert plate that came after the meal reflected the staff's attention to detail, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful time.
