Several years ago, when I passed by the restaurant, I remembered that there was a line of people waiting in front of the restaurant, even though it was in a residential area. On my way to the Shonan area, I suddenly remembered and visited the restaurant. It was a holiday on that day, so the menu was the regular menu, but on weekdays they also have a lunch menu. Taihei Set (1,950 yen) I was going to order a la carte, but I found a special set menu. The set includes tan shao (tongue), kalbi (rib), roast, rice, soup, choregi salad, kimchi, and namul (Korean pickles). Plates arrived one after another after ordering, and I fell in love at first sight when I saw the plate with the meat on it. It was a blue (celadon?) plate that reminded me of the sea in Shonan. The blue (celadon?) plate looks like the sea of Shonan, and the meat looks great on it. The tanshio is served with onions instead of green onions. It was the first time in my life, but I think it is easier to eat than onion! The ribs were moderately fatty, and the loin was thick and had a unique lean taste and elasticity. The namul, kimchi, and soup are also authentic." We entered the restaurant right after it opened, and it was no wonder that the restaurant was full in no time.
