Ahhhh, salt ramen is my favorite! Nishinakajima Minamikata, the battleground of ramen They are already popping up more and more, so I can't keep up with them at all! When I think of the people who come from far away to eat here, I should be thankful that it's just a short drive away! This time we visited Ramen Rinrin! They have their first store in Ibaraki, and it is the next brand after Asuryu in Takatsuki! Well, I don't know anything about that... On the day my partner asked me to go there, I arrived. Our next-door neighbor was a delicious eel restaurant. The place is a little more than 10 minutes walk from Nishinakajima Minamikata station. Glass walls allow you to see the inside of the restaurant. As soon as you enter the restaurant, there is a ticket machine on the left, so buy a meal ticket! The menu is as follows Shio Ramen: 750 yen Tamari Shoyu Ramen: 700 yen Ajitama 100 yen Chashu pork 280 yen Large portion of noodles 150 yen Spicy ramen noodles 850 yen Yakimeshi 450 yen Large bowl of rice 200 yen Medium rice 150 yen Small rice 120 yen Gyoza 300 yen Basically, I recommend the salt ramen, so I had the Ajitama Salt Ramen! Yakimeshi was only available in regular size, so I ordered one! Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats and table seats. It is clean, beautiful, and pleasant! The salt ramen came, with a clear soup and a lot of fat on the back of the noodle! I wonder if this back fat is what makes the salt ramen soup so light that you don't get tired of it. It tastes great all the way through! The noodles are not too assertive, but I think they go well with the soup! The chashu (pork) is three thin slices, but it's firm and tasty, so you don't feel like you're missing anything! The boiled egg was in a good state of semi-cooked, and the ramen was very coherent and delicious! And the yakimeshi (fried rice) was very tasty! I am glad that they brought me a plate without me having to tell them! Moist, just the right amount of seasoning, and since there is half fried rice for lunch I hope you will try it with fried rice! The taste was as good as you would expect from a restaurant in a hot ramen battleground! The waitress's cute smile also made me feel at home.

I tried soy sauce! I'm hungry! I'm eating alone today, maybe I should go out to eat somewhere? It was very cold that day and I want something hot to eat! Then, maybe ramen noodles? Speaking of ramen, Nishinakajima Minamikata is the battleground for ramen! There are still many ramen stores that I haven't visited yet, but I want to start with the famous ones! And... Mitsuboshi Ramensho Nishinakajima, but the soup was sold out. What was that? I wrote the same thing in yesterday's review, didn't I? Then, I went to another restaurant I had my eye on, Menya Aozora Shin-Osaka, but it was closed. No choice...let's go to Rin, which was open when I just passed by! I'm sorry to be so rude to Rin, but... I remember that I had their Shio Ramen before and it was delicious! As soon as you enter the restaurant, there is a ticket machine on the left, so buy a meal ticket! The ticket machine also says that the basic item is Shio Ramen, so I recommend the Shio Ramen! However, since this is my second review, I decided to go for the other one, Tamari Shoyu Ramen (700 yen)! The counter seats are on the left and the table seats are on the right. The soy sauce is tamari, so it is deep and a little savory! Chicken knots on top of the ramen! The chicken knots on the top of the ramen are so delicious and blend well with the soup! I often get tired of shoyu after a while, but that didn't happen to me with this one, probably because it doesn't have any corners! The noodles are very thin and chewy, just the way I like it! The chashu pork is thinly sliced rare chashu pork, which is very popular. It's flaky, but has great flavor! Two slices are a little short... After trying it, I knew this place is basic salt ramen! The high level of salt is now clearly evident! Next time, I won't hesitate anymore! I will choose shio! Thank you for the food!

Shio Ramen that has never been seen before I ran out of places to go in Umeda that I hadn't been to before. I decided to go to Nishinakajima Minamikata. At first, I chose a popular restaurant. I was able to sit down without waiting, probably because it was Saturday. I was looking forward to visiting this salted ramen restaurant. The rice noodles are flat. It was my first experience to have shio ramen with flat rice noodles. The soup matched well with the rice. The soup has a shio ramen tomei feel, but it is also thick and deep. It is also rich, deep and tasty. I realized that there are still soups that I have never experienced before.
