There are both table seats and tatami mat seating, and I appreciate the spaciousness that allows for a relaxed sitting experience. The menu offers a rich variety of rice bowls and combinations of soba and udon, making the selection process enjoyable from the start. The soba is thin and has a good texture, and when dipped halfway into the fragrant broth, a refreshing umami flavor spreads. The freshly fried tempura has a light batter, and the shrimp and vegetables are crispy, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The sweet and savory sauce on the rice bowl has a gentle flavor, and the balance between the rice and the ingredients was exquisite. After the meal, I felt a sense of satisfaction while slowly savoring the soba broth, making it a place where I could truly relax.
