Upon entering the restaurant, I feel excited as I see the noodle-making room on the left. There are tatami seating and tables, creating a calm atmosphere. The mori udon is chilled and the surface of the noodles is beautiful, providing a pleasant texture as it goes down. When you bite into it, it has a firm chewiness, and it pairs perfectly with the dipping sauce. The tempura rice is also simply delicious, and eating it together with the udon enhances the satisfaction. The nabe-yaki udon has a comforting taste that warms the body, and I really liked it.
