Upon entering the cozy interior of the restaurant, the gentle owner greets you with a smile. When you sit at the counter, carefully prepared dishes are served at a good pace, creating excitement. The chicken hot pot, in particular, has a rich broth and perfectly textured meat that pair exceptionally well, making it hard to put down my chopsticks until the end. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, bringing happiness with every bite. The selection of sake is also extensive, and it's delightful to encounter brands I didn't know before. Although it's a hidden gem in a quiet location, the conversations over the counter and the delicious food allow you to relax and forget about time.
