In a small café standing alone in a tranquil countryside, the warm wooden Japanese-style space is calming. The okonomiyaki grilled over the counter is large and impressive, and the aroma rising up is exciting. The miso-based okonomiyaki, in particular, is savory, and the generous amount of green onions and melting cheese harmonize beautifully, leaving me impressed. The grilled pork and vegetables are also chunky, and each bite spreads deliciousness. The cold brew coffee enjoyed after the meal is smooth and mild, allowing for a relaxing moment. When enjoyed with the rich yet refreshing rare cheesecake, it completes a happy café time.
