In a calm space renovated from a typical house, you take off your shoes at the entrance and step inside. There are tatami rooms, tables, and seats along the corridor where you can relax while enjoying the view outside. For lunch, you can choose between meat or fish for the Japanese meal, which comes with rice, miso soup, small side dishes, and a little dessert, which is delightful. The main dish options include grilled mackerel with green onion miso, grilled with salt koji, simmered mackerel in miso (using homemade miso), chicken sautéed with Japanese soy sauce, and braised pork belly, among others. You can also change the rice to enzyme brown rice, which feels gentle on the body. The coffee has a rich and robust bitterness, and they make a good impression by carefully asking your preferences for milk and sugar at the start.
