When I sit at the counter, the cheerful owner kindly speaks to me, which makes me feel at ease. First, a small plate arrives with tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet), fish with a vinegar flavor, and koji squid, all of which have a good balance of flavors and are enjoyable. After that, they carefully fillet each fish right in front of me, which is exciting to watch. The sashimi platter has a variety of types; the tuna is thick and rich in flavor, while the white fish is moist and slightly sweet. The combination of rice and soup also provides a strong sense of satisfaction. It seems to be popular, as the seats fill up quickly, so if you want to enjoy it at a leisurely pace, it's a good idea to make a reservation.
