The interior has a calm atmosphere and a sleek stylishness. The fragrant noodles have a light, toasty aroma and are easy to slurp, making them pleasant to eat. When trying them with salt at first, the sweetness becomes clear, and they are satisfying on their own. Switching to wasabi or dipping sauce changes the flavor profile, allowing for enjoyment until the end. The combination of soba and fried items is well-executed, with the flavors of shrimp and vegetables coming through strongly. The soba broth after the meal is refreshing and easy to drink, and it's nice to be able to take home the used cedar chopsticks as a thoughtful gesture.

The dipping sauce is mild, and even when you dip generously, the saltiness does not overpower the enjoyment. The tempura has a light batter, and even though the shrimp is small, it has a rich flavor and is delicious on its own. The salt is separated for soba and tempura, and tasting with salt enhances the aroma. The chicken tempura on the soba is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and when you squeeze lemon, the fragrance spreads, making it even more refreshing to enjoy.
