The place has a clean feel, and the counter seats are comfortable. You can enjoy fresh seafood and tea from Shizuoka, which adds a local flavor and excitement. The seafood hitsumabushi is beautifully colorful, and the texture of the sea grapes and cucumber is pleasant. It's fun to pour broth in midway to change the flavor, making it easy to enjoy. The onion-based dressing for the salad is fragrant, and even the miso soup and small dishes are made with care. The meat shashlik is cut right in front of you from pork and lamb, seasoned with salt and pepper, enhancing the umami flavor.
