This is a small restaurant where you can enjoy home-cooked dishes from the northwest region, and the local flavors are exciting. The seating is mainly at the counter and is cozy, making it a comfortable place for conversation. The staff are fluent in Japanese and friendly, creating a fun tavern-like atmosphere. The skewered meat has a crispy texture and a spicy flavor that is addictive, pairing well with beer. The mapo tofu has a firm and bouncy texture, with a solid spiciness that goes well with rice. To top it off, I had Lanzhou beef noodles, which left me feeling satisfied.
