This restaurant specializes in seafood, and the sashimi is exceptionally fresh. The red meat and medium fatty tuna are cut in a way that makes them easy to eat, and they pair well with soy sauce. The mackerel, live octopus, flatfish, and other fish like isaki and hiramasu also release their flavors the more you chew. The fried dishes and tempura have a light batter, and the fried horse mackerel and tempura of flatfish are crispy and satisfying. The grilled chicken skewers are carefully prepared one by one, conveying their freshness. The selection of sake and shochu is abundant, and it pairs well with the dishes, making you want to keep drinking.
